📦 Where is my order / what’s the status?
Build times are usually listed on each product page and in the banner at the top of the site. Most made-to-order items take about 4–6 weeks to ship, though during busy times it can take 8–10 weeks. In-stock items marked “Ready to Ship” go out much faster.
🚚 Where is my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent automatically when I pack your order. I usually pack boxes on Sundays and drop them off on Mondays, so you’ll see a tracking email once your order is on its way.
🛠 Do you take on custom projects?
Yes — I try to help with custom requests whenever I can. Just keep in mind that with current order volume, custom work can take extra time. If you reach out about a custom idea, please understand there may be a wait before I can fit it in.
