1985-1992 Camaro Morimoto XB Fog Lights

These 1985-1992 IROC-Z & Z28 Camaro fog lights from Screaming Chicken replace the housing and bulb of your factory set up. They are a huge improvement in night time visibility with greater light output with no glare to oncoming traffic. These complete fog light housings will swap directly in place of the original halogen units that they're designed to replace. Price includes Screaming Chicken designed powder coated brackets for an easy install. The new brackets have adjusters and include needed hardware. They fit in all 1985-92 IROC-Z or Z28 Camaros that came with factory fog lights. If your Camaro doesn't have fog light wiring you can choose to add a harness to power them. Requires no wiring changes, uses factory connectors. We have done several installs on Camaros at our shop and can answer any questions you have on this product. Fog lights are installed on the brackets before we ship them so they are ready to go on your car when they arrive. The kit uses Morimoto XB fog lights, same technology used in the fog lights we sell for 1998 & newer Camaros. The new lights have the same lens angle as original and are very similar in size (about 1/4" narrower lens not including metal bezel and slimmer mounting brackets) to the stock fog lights.    

Morimoto XB fog lights are powered by three Nichia 5500K LED's that produce around 1200 raw lumens per side. The projector based optics concentrate a total of 2400 lumens of pure white light into a beam that's super wide and perfectly distributed for use as a fog light. Make no mistake, these will produce a much different [better] result than LED replacement bulbs in your stock housings. The XB fogs meet & exceed all SAE, DOT, and ECE regulations.

Will fit 1985-1992 IROC-Z and Z28 Camaros with existing fog lights only, will not fit Firebirds or 1982-84 Camaros.

The extra harness will allow you to add fog lights to a 1985-92 Camaro that didn't come with them or have been removed. The harness installs in the engine bay and doesn't require running wiring into the interior. The fog lights will automatically come on with the running lights. You can add a switch if you want and we include how to do that in the instructions. Harness uses factory connectors on the fog lights so it will work with stock fog lights or the Morimoto Fog Lights we sell. Harness includes a fuse holder and weatherproof relay for long life and durability.
